SES places great confidence in the future, as it stands fully ready to shoulder its responsibilities through building more educational and training facilities which are centrally air- conditioned and can receive the increasing number of students in highly populated areas.

However, the success of the educational process depends on the training and the will of the teacher to implement the programs to the best of his ability. With such concept in mind, we are planning to establish an Educational Training Center, which will absorb the Establishment's educational philosophy and assume the training of schools' administration as well as teaching staff.
This task will be performed through administrative, educational, character building and technical programs designed to enhance the teacher's efficiency, develop his energies, formulate his intellect and fully employ his capabilities, thus transforming our educational programs from mere theory into concrete reality.

As a further step in the very near future, the Establishment is planning to venture into the entertaining education field, establish and manage kindergartens in all areas of Kuwait, as well as offer technical education at secondary school level at the end of which technically qualified personnel will be fed into the job market and meet the demands for such type of education.
The field of supporting educational services receives the Establishment's due attention. In order to complete its efforts in this regard, KEES is currently negotiating with one of the most renowned specialized institutions in offering supporting educational services, thus, realizing KEES's objective of enhancing its activities and offering an increased range of educational services to the largest segment of Kuwaiti Society.

With the objective of meeting the country's demands and offering high quality efficient education, the new company will endeavor to establish specialized educational institutes, which award degrees recognized by international educational institutions.
